Being confident knowing who you are in Christ is so important. I like to think of being a beautiful, brilliant, sparkling, diamond, so lovely to the one who possesses it..(God looks at all his cherished ones that way.. :)
You are a beautiful diamond to him too... The price Jesus paid for your life was a very costly one. He is so lovely, no one compares to him. Jesus willingly layed down his life and gave all that he had for you and me. What a passionate bridegroom he is, and he was the only one who could pay the price.
